Well they come out and they seem to spare the hell out of every thing but most times I have to call them back out again and then the buds be gone. The staff always are friendly and informed about there job but after two + years as a customer . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid in full and then received a bill. After that I tried to cancel for OVER A MONTH. I was told a manager would call me when they were back from vacation and never heard from anyone. Now I am told that I am cancelled but there is no refund because I did not pay in full. My last conversation 2 weeks ago was about receiving a refund because she saw where I paid in full. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The rep arrived let me know who he was and asked did I want them to pay attention to any particular section of the house. I told him to make sure he gets the Spyder webs around the door and railings. He agreed and he proceeded to do the work. I was very pleased and he gave me the tag with his name, date and treatment. Great job.
