Brian was great! Very thorough and professional!

We had a massive snapping turtle in our koi/goldfish pond and needed a licensed wildlife relocation specialist to remove it from our property. (It had eaten several fish and also ate all our pond lilies and lotus flowers.) They brought over a baited humane trap but after a couple weeks, we realized the turtle had left, because some of the lilies had started to regrow, so they removed the trap. Then one evening a few days later, about 5 PM, we saw it in our yard, called Merino back and they came within 30 minutes and got the turtle to relocate to a local creek. They were so great and wanted to make sure that the money we spent resulted in a capture of this turtle. Very honest, dependable and one of our neighbors thought it was the most exciting thing that had happened in our neighborhood in a long time!

Some wasps had made a nest on the inside of the exterior wall and were making their way into the house. Mr. Merino went above and beyond to make sure that they were all dead and resolved the issue very quickly. He is a very kind and professional man. I greatly appreciate his help.

After calling my own pest control service for wildlife removal and never receiving a response, someone recommended Garrett with Merino Pest Services. I am so thankful they did! Garrett responded immediately! He humanely live trapped a squirrel stuck in our chimney/fireplace. I will be switching all of my regular services over to Merino. They are responsive, friendly, and locally owned!

We are incredibly pleased with Merino Pest Services. The service we had been using was getting increasingly more expensive every six months and we were still having issues with a variety of bugs in our home. Alejo came over, gave us a really reasonable quote, and we hired him on the spot. He was really thorough inside the house and outside, making sure to take time to wipe spider webs off of windows even as high up as the second floor. We had used McNeely for a long time but things changed when they sold to national firm. Really glad that Alejandro came to the rescue of folks who want to use local providers. Very happy with their service - they spend much more time in and around our house than any former providers. Very thorough removal of spider webs, etc. outside. Highly recommend Merino!

Alejo is an absolute expert when it comes to pest control! He's friendly, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He worked his magic on my concrete playroom, which was 4 ft below ground and infested with smelly black mold. After he was done, my playroom looked and smelled amazing - it was sparkling clean! I had previously been told that expensive repairs were the only solution, but Alejo reassured me that they were unnecessary. Thanks to his work, I was able to install beautiful vinyl wood planks and completely transform the space!

Alejandro and his team do a wonderful job. Their communication is excellent as well. We do the quarterly pest control service, and the monthly mosquito, fleas, and ticks. We would 100% recommend them to be your pest control service!

Very professional and helpful! He came into my apartment and checked every nook and cranny for any indication for mice. Sadly he found a hole but immediately took care of it.
