Don's Termite & Pest Control

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism this company has shown me. I called during business hours to schedule an appointment as a new customer. The call center took my information and no one ever called me back. Two weeks after my original call, I called back to talk with a supervisor to find out why I’d never received a call back and the line was picked up by someone who would not speak to me and kept saying that no one was on the line and disconnecting the call, despite the third call being taken by another employee who could clearly hear me. That person took my information and assured me that I would receive a return call. That was a week ago and still no return call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was a new customer willing to sign a one year contract and now another company has my business since Don’s couldn’t bother to return a single call. I absolutely do not recommend wasting your time even calling.

I have called Don’s twice to see if they can come out to my house and I haven’t been called back. My neighbor uses them and recommended them but both times I’ve gotten their reception and given my number to get a quote and they ghosted me.

I’ve had Dons Pest Control for probably ten years, through 5 different homes, and they have always been reliable. Never hiked prices, always took care of us and responded to any concerns over the terra such as wasps, cave crickets, fruit flies, and water beetles. I’m very happy with them!
