I have been a Realtor since 1994 & have used Brown Pest with great satisfaction to perform Termite Reports for my buyers. Never had a problem.

Richard was truly amazing! He was very professional, efficient, prompt, and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate me about what he was looking for and how the issue could have started, as well as how to avoid it in the future. He took care of everything right away and I couldn't be more pleased!! I highly recommend Brown Pest Control!

Dan Brown is rude and a liar. Do not trust! They do our apartment complex and lied and said our apartment was dirty. Upon inspection office found nothing! Almost charged $50 lease violation fee!

Have used them for more than 20 years. No complaints. Responsive. Professional. Mr. Brown has a milestone birthday in 2025! Support a superior local business. Update 3/27/2024: This company has been a Winston-Salem local business, founded by Mr. Brown himself (no relation) and trusted for decades. We see have seen a couple of new technicians over the past year or two, but all have been courteous, thorough, and able to address any issues. 10/16/24: Mr. Brown's knowledge of his field, along with his choice of competent and knowledgeable technicians, make Brown Pest the most trusted service in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County.

Technicians listened for areas of concern and placement of utilities. They explained the process and did exactly what they said they would do. They provided a drawing after completion of the treatment to show exactly what was done. Nice to have a company provide services as advertised and have skilled employees that provide that service in a competent manner. Well done.

Richard is perhaps the most qualified and knowledgeable technician in any area or trade that has ever worked for us. He was extremely analytical in his approach to determining how our mice problem was occurring; in determining whether the steps taken to date had been successful; and then engaging in thorough and extensive troubleshooting in order to cure the entry issues, moving forward. (We live in the woods -- lots of mice want to come inside to hang out in our house!) In all, Richard is an outstanding technician; Brown Pest is fortunate to employ him.

Some of the most friendly and professional pest control people I’ve met. They came out and sprayed my house for roaches, they were everywhere. That was about 3 weeks ago and i haven’t seen a roach since.

Excellent Service from technician that came and was able to get rid of all the bugs I had in my home. HUGE Shout out to POLO the Technician that helped have my house bug free!!!!
