I was completely misinformed by Connor, a so-called supervisor, when I signed up for RIDD Pest Control. He claimed that my upgraded plan would cover all pest issues, including rats and mice in my crawl space and attic—which is the only reason I agreed to it. After service started, I found out they don’t go under the house or in the attic at all. So not only was I sold an upgrade under false information, but now I’m being charged $250 to cancel a service that never met the terms I was promised.
