Over the years, Orkin has overcharged me for services I have paid them to fix. Work that they had initially done incorrectly, one time they even put a vapor barrier right over top of the previous one, which they had laid down originally, without removing/cleaning the previous one, just proceeded to put it right over top of previous stuff. Sorry I have to give this rating, but some training and/or communication needs to be addressed in the Orkin chain of command. The technician who visited us today couldn't have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, or mannerly. But he did not follow (or even seem to be aware of) the protocol that was provided/confirmed to us by our initial contact representative answering the phone number provided on the company's website. We did not hire another exterminator yesterday for this very same reason.
