I called today to get a quote over the phone to see how much it would cost for preventative services for pest control... they wouldn't give me a rough estimate of what it would cost and said someone will come over to assess your property. 45 minutes later a guy comes out and was very nice, but he was just a sales rep and didn't even look at my property and then told me it would be 180$ quarterly and if I wanted to add termite control it would be an additional upfront cost of 815$ then 30$ a mont

We hired economy 4 months ago to get rid of rats. Had to sign a one year contract. Very un-happy with the service. They never come back un less you call repeatedly. They try to sell unnecessary work for thousands of dollars. Very rude when you call for service. Nasty when you tell them you want out of the contract because of their poor service. Stay away from this company.
