Incredible service! Greg was professional and patient with us as we asked our many questions, he was knowledgeable about the ins and outs of our situation and provided such helpful feedback and advice. Michelle is delightful to talk to and was able to work around our schedules to get our needs met. They are respectful and extremely knowledgeable. It was a breath of fresh air to have Greg help us today. We absolutely will be utilizing this company for routine pest control.

One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. Craig was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our concerns while asking pertinent questions to make sure we were in agreement He presented treatment options and prices and then did an outstanding job solving the bug problems we had and followed up later to see if we had any concerns or questions I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone who might have a bug problem. It has been a pleasure dealing with a company who realizes customer satisfaction is the lifeline of staying in business.

I only wish there were more stars than 5 because they earned them. Michelle was awesome to deal with, she set up my appointment to accommodate my availability for the next day. Greg showed up took his time to inspect our home and gave an honest assessment of our situation, took pictures and gave us solution options. I appreciate their professionalism.

Greg from Patriot Pest Control came out to help us eliminate a prior pest issue in our attic. He did a full inspection of our attic and took steps needed to fully eradicate and decontaminate the space. Greg is very professional and extremely helpful. He also made note of other issues he found in our attic, not related to pest control One of which was a fire hazard. Because of his attention to detail and thoroughness, we can rest at night, knowing there is no longer risk of illness or disease from the rodents, but also that we were able to address a serious electrical issue. Patriot pest control’s prices are extremely reasonable, they are very friendly, and we could not recommend them enough.

Outstanding service from Patriot Pest Control. We had a situation with a raccoon on our property, only to find out that it was actually 3 raccoons. Patriot Pest Control removed and relocated the raccoons in an extremely quickly, humanely, and efficiently. They cleaned up the entire area where the raccoons and traps were. Michelle and Greg were an absolute pleasure to work with. It is extremely clear that they are very knowledgeable about their business and very conscientious with regard to their customers. Their pricing is very fair, and their service is, simply, incomparable. I would highly recommend them for all of your pest control needs. You really have no need to look anyplace else! They are also very community involved and help with various charities, including those for our veterans. That may or may not be important to you, but it is to me. We would not consider any other company for pest control!

Wonderful experience with Patriot Pest Control! I called regarding palmetto and other typical home bugs and they were able to make a same day treatment without a consult. Michelle was kind and helpful over the phone to get me scheduled in my small window of time of availability as our home is a rental and Graig (who came for the treatment) was very knowledgeable, timely and thorough in his inspection/treatment. I called multiple companies and all had a 1-2 week lead time. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services more.

Patriot Pest control was prompt, and thorough. They explained the hows and whys of the procedures. Before 24 hr had passed, we had an extremely heavy rain storm. They contacted us to let us know, that if the heavy downpour had lessened the effects of the outside treatment they would return and repeat the outside treatment for no extra cost..It wasn’t necessary, but the offer was greatly appreciated!
