I'm paying a monthly rate, and nobody has been here for six months. I had to call to schedule a treatment after seeing two roaches, and we have scheduled three appointments in the past two weeks. No call/no show every time after waiting at the house for the two hour window every time. I'm canceling and switching to another company.

This company is horrible, not only did the product not work it made it worst! The tech even told us to cancel! We cancelled and now they say we need to pay the remainder of the contract. Don't ever use these guys!

Very accommodating to perform both inside and outside insect treatments as requested. Reviewed exact treatments that included indoor perimeter spray for spiders and bugs, outdoor perimeter spray for insects, soffit & window dusting for spider/insect prevention, granular ant treatment in yard, and insect sticky boxes by garage doors. I would have rated them a five star, but arrived late outside scheduled time window.

Been using Insight for about a year now. The technician is always thorough and pleasant. The service controls the pest population in my home and yard very well.

They were not here but maybe 10 minutes. I hope that they done what they said they were going to do. We have saw less bees and ants.

They were extremely professional and listen to your concerns. For one they came out quickly less than 24hrs which was awesome.

We had others company that never spent the time to do a good job . This company is the best , extremely profesional . We are very pleased and we will do bus dinners with them !

I’ve been using insight for almost a year now for quarterly exterior pest control. This was the best service/inspection I have had to date. Louis from the Wilmington office was very thorough with his service and inspection. I hope I get this technician in the future.

Routine treatment outdoors — inspection; inspector did a thorough job.

This company is a straight scam. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I will never be utilizing these services again. After 3 treatments and still no results i'm tired of continuous fighting to get any kind of service. They over charge and dont do the work at all. I have video evidence from my security system from one of their techs "spraying and treating the yard as well as outside the house and windows". ALL HE DID WAS SIT THERE DILLY DALLYING ON HIS PHONE JUST WALKING. I called to complain and have an inspector come out since i still had ants trailing in my house, but even he never showed up. Finally i had enough and called to cancel, and i was told since i didnt pay for a treatment (which wasnt even done) that it would be over $400 to terminate the contract. I recently got an email stating if i dont pay that my information would go to a third party collections agency. This company is just awful and is about to get reported if they dont quit harassing me with fraud.

Started their services in July, still had bug problems, called to cancel services in August told me it was terminated with no outstanding balance. Then received email saying I had late fees and needed to schedule for spray in October when I terminated in August. Called again to terminate and again told me service was terminated in November. Received final email in December saying my account was going into collections. Called again and terminated and had to pay late fees for a terminated account in August. Never received letters in mail and every time I called or they called me I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes just to be transferred to someone else.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the different processes he was doing and was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. Great job!

We use this service as a scheduled prevention measure. We have used them for 4 years and have no complaints. They have great workers and great customer service!

I was very impressed 👏 with the guy who did our service this time. He listened to us about the issues we were having and addressed each one. He did a more thorough job than anyone who's provided service for us before. He did more than the three minute men yes that's what we called them. So thank you for really doing your job.
