This company is great, Christian came out, was prompt in the window scheduled, was so polite and professional, checked my garage first, then the perimeter outside my home, performed necessary services, then patiently answered every question I asked as I'm new to the area and just bought my home. He was so knowledgeable about what to do to keep the bugs out and what to do if I had a few get in, I was so relieved that he stayed a little longer and gave me some practical advice. Would recommend this service for anyone who is looking to keep their home pest free! Great customer service!

Abysmal service. We stated multiple times that once our contract ended, we did not want to renew with them. After a month of back and forth, post contract mind you, they finally let it cancel. We were informed over and over that they would remove the termite bait traps and that they would fill the holes that they made. Lo and behold, all of a sudden they have a new policy and they won’t fill the holes they made nor fix any of the yard damage they incurred. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
