If you're looking to get rid of pests, don't hire this pest of a company! They have inferior products that produce unnoticeable results even after 5-6 treatments in 1 month. I cancelled services due to extreme dissatisfaction and refused to pay the first month's service fee of $65 since nothing they did worked in the slightest. They sent me to collections! Tech that came was very nice person. Nothing about this review is people related. Their billing system is very archaic. When they came for first appointment they wanted to make me write my card number and information on a piece of paper. Which to me is a security concern for your customers. I didn't do it and just called over phone to give card information. Then, I never received an email notice that they were coming for service. I received a bill in the mail, that I had to then manually pay. G
