1st year using them in my new home. Needed an inside followup, easy to schedule. So far, so good.

Elijah was very professional, polite and went straight to work, quickly & efficiently. We can't wait to see him again at the next spraying.

I have always had a great experience with Diamond Pest Pro. The service technician always sends a courtesy text on their way with an ETA and verifies which services are to be performed that day. Everyone is always kind and helpful. When they have completed the job they let me know they are done and are leaving. Very satisfied with the product they use and the elimination of pest issues.

Today Sherman was my tech and he was very thorough, very polite and professional. I asked for him to add on the windowsills in one room and he happily took care of it for me. I’ve been very pleased with my service from Diamond Peat Control and will continue to use them. I’ve recently had Justin come by for my servicing and I’m very pleased with him. This company contacted my company to get rid of pest....hmmm why would a pest control company call a crawlspace company to remedy a pest problem.... The owner and the technician said there were 11 vents to secure.... When we got there it was 20 vents.... On my contract it says we will only do 11 vents and the quote would change if there were more to do.... We advised the technician that a pan and a condensation pump was not working properly and then they tried to blame it on us.... This is the most horrible pest control company, the worst business owner and the worst technician I have ever experienced in my 28 years...... Please stay away from this company

Very disappointed. I called specifically about a roach problem. No one asked what kind, no follow-up questions—just booked me for service. After the technician finished, he looked in one cabinet and said, “Oh, these are German roaches. This treatment won’t work for those.” I’m not a pest expert—they are. It shouldn’t be my job to know what species I have; that’s their responsibility. When I called to explain this, there was zero accountability or effort to make it right. Misleading and unprofessional.

I would definitely not recommend this company. Poor communication and deceitful information given prior to contract.

To be honest, I don’t know what he did. He didn’t leave any kind of paperwork. We weren’t home at the time. I don’t see any flags that product was put down on the lawn.

Sherman was very perfessional and polite! Our concern is that our yard has been treated twice but we are still battling with worms in our grass that are getting into our pool.

Employee arrived on time. I watched him spray by the front door, a foot and a half section between my TV set-up and a cabinet. He sprayed the staircase and I stopped watching him as he went up stairs. He was up there for 2-3 minutes. He came back downstairs sprayed a 3 foot section next to my couch. I asked him if I needed to move anything or was he going to under the sinks and he said No.
