Didn't show up, my appointment was at 11:43 but no one came I waited until 3 pm. Not happy about the way things have changed. Never had any problems until this year.

Very disappointing experience, beginning with first signup in 2020. Talked into signing an agreement, but crews who came to install insulation and vapor barrier were poorly trained, poorly supervised and uncommunicative. They installed insulation batts that were too narrow; left a pile of dirt on top of vapor barrier. They drilled injection holes without refilling some, and left sealing mud smeared on bricks. They also improperly installed foundation vents, omitting several bolts and leaving other bolts on ground. In a later annual inspection, they left a foundation vent on the ground without reinstalling it. Insulation was later found hanging down from joists, touching vapor barrier and wicking consensed moisture. Once this contact expires I cannot use Clegg again, and cannot recommend to anyone.

I am a senior citizen.I paid them $200.00.I have a bug problem. They came Thursday and it's still not solved. If you want Cleggs to take your money and then refund or refuse to help you this company is for you. Buyer beware. I have contacted BBB.My son has issues and he has not slept well for days I paid $200.00 for a hotel for us. I called them today and they never responded.

In spite of their supposedly doing the extermination and performing inspections, evidence of infection has been found. They have since shown no inclination to try to rectify the problem.

I called to inquire about services and asked about this risk of a new born baby being in the home after a "spray". The representative said they'd call me "right back" once they could confirm it would be safe, but never did.

They treated three of my placed for roaches and it looks like the man did a good job. Roaches are gone.

They will sent this because they want a positive rating, however, I was supposed to get some sort of military discount for using the service which was not completed as described. My husband had to intervene and it still was not resolved properly. I was charged for services that I didn't even receive and they were on my property for less than 5 min and wanted me to pay$200. They may delete this comment but please be careful and read your invoices before you pay.

I was not contacted to set up that date for service. I was not home so the inside of my house was not sprayed. I called and left a message about that issue and I never heard back. I am very disappointed with the service especially being treated for termites that I never had. Also the holes in the concrete are very noticeable on front porch and back porch and they haven’t been fixed.

I had to discontinue service following hurricane Florence due to the fact they continued to charge me for services that were not performed. I understood one month because everything was hectic but after two months of not coming out and their office staff insisting they had I requested to cancel service. They continued to charge me for an additional month of service and still never came out to our home. 3 months of charges and no service. Prior to this their service was fine.
