I giving 3 star because I feel sad for not having the same luck as all customers. I've been trying to make an appointment for over 1 month and I hear only excuses, I had their service one year ago and I liked it so much I wanted it again, this time not one paid attention to me or had any interest.

The level of customer service is amazing from the rep who comes out to service my home each and every time. His name is George and he is extremely professional, courteous and very respectful of my property and my family. I am extremely happy with them. I switched from another company because of their customer service.... HANDS DOWN, NuEra is amazing with their level of customer service... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE... Switch over to them from whoever you are dealing with now and I know you will be EXTREMELY HAPPY....
