I would have to say, they listen to their employee’s lie about my conversation with him so they cancelled the service all together. The manager was supposed to call me and I keep missing his calls, they did me a favor, it’s not worthy to do business with incompetent people. Ask me more questions why and what happened, I’m tired of paying for services that will never be delivered. I keep asking questions what kind of chemicals they are spraying around my yard and house and I can’t get a straight

Began to work with Black after a bad experience with another provider. Very professional, proactive, and communicative in all aspects of service. Detail oriented. Will send inspection / work reports to document work efforts, which is helpful to see over time. Saw near-immediate results. Can handle mosquito, pest all together. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

Anytime we call Black Pest Control with an issue, they are here promptly and have taken care of it. The annual service agreement we have with them gives us the peace of mind that our house will be taken care of. Each tech that has come to the house has been very personable and listens to what we have going on.
