I’ve been a customer of Crown Pest Control now for over 5 years. Their services are top notch and their customer service is amazing. I know that they are a local, family owned business. The technician that came to my house yesterday, Hunter, went above and beyond. He always explains everything he does. He ensures that all of my questions are answered and my concerns are addressed. More importantly, we never have any bugs in the house. I would highly recommend Crown Pest Control.
Crown Pest has been servicing my place for a little over a year now. They spray both the inside and outside every time they come and they always do a great job. I basically haven’t seen any bugs since they started servicing the property. Hunter performed the general extermination service today and as always was very professional and did an awesome job. Highly recommend using Crown Pest for any or your extermination needs!
Began to work with Black after a bad experience with another provider. Very professional, proactive, and communicative in all aspects of service. Detail oriented. Will send inspection / work reports to document work efforts, which is helpful to see over time. Saw near-immediate results. Can handle mosquito, pest all together. “I would have to say, they listen to their employee’s lie about my conversation with him so they cancelled the service all together. The manager was supposed to call me and I keep missing his calls, they did me a favor, it’s not worthy to do business with incompetent people. Ask me more questions why and what happened, I’m tired of paying for services that will never be delivered.
