Crown Pest has been servicing my place for a little over a year now. They spray both the inside and outside every time they come and they always do a great job. I basically haven’t seen any bugs since they started servicing the property. Hunter performed the general extermination service today and as always was very professional and did an awesome job. Highly recommend using Crown Pest for any or your extermination needs!

We switched from Orkin to Crown to save a few dollars but the smokey brown cockroaches returned after 2 months, where as they seemed to be under control under the Orkin treatments. Also the Orkin traps were not changed on the initial visit from Crown which was disappointing! Buyer Beware! Crown is charging me $200 to break my year contract with them. I'll take the loss to know that Orkin will do it right, change my traps and keep things under control.

Asked for complete service, tech wouldn't get in the attic because "he doesn't do ladders". Received a call from their office asking "how the service was", I brought up that they missed the attic and didn't complete their end of the bargain and their only 'remedy' was to tell me to pay for a full year scheduled service.

Terrible service, they would come to spray something but cockroaches still were there, I told them to cancel my service back in August and stop charging my card but they did not and just took even September month $$. I'll dispute with my bank and not recommend them to anyone

Robbie arrived at 7:40 am at my home. I am a retired woman. I was awakened by a loud male voice outside my bedroom window! The entire treatment he had his cell phone in one hand, on speaker phone, talking loudly as he circled the entire house. My dog was frantic as well.

They charge for services that haven't been performed and there are a lot of threats and very creative accounting on final billing when you decide you want to discontinue the services.

I am somewhat upset that you don't read my comments. I informed you to not send a technician out here until you talk to me personally. The technician showed up without you talking to me. He was very nice. I have no problem with your employee that showed up. I do however have a problem with you not abiding by my wishes. I WILL CALL YOU WHEN I WANT SOMEONE TO COME OVER.
