I had a termite bond with them. I realized that the company way over charges for the annual service provide. Once a year they do a very fast inspection of the crawl and check the bait stations. Not worth the $500. The main problem is the companies billing practices. I had told them I wanted to cancel prior to the last inspection but they said they can't cancel until after. The claimed this wasn't documented. I called a few weeks and said I wanted to cancel, but this wasn't done. Again, they claimed they didn't document it. 3 months after the last inspection they wanted me to pay for 3 months of coverage. No claims were made, no visits/inspections were performed. This company seeks to overcharge for these services and does what they can to get as many month of services charges out of you when no service is provided. Never coming back.

We had a sudden Palmetto bug sighting in our house and contacted Killingsworth immediately. Amber M. was very helpful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She clearly explained all of our options. She was very conscientious and followed up on all of our concerns. Her level of customer service made her a great ambassador for the Killingsworth Brand.

Jonathan Moose, Ah absolutely Love Him!!!! He’s so knowledgeable about pest it’s unbelievable I learned so much as he treated my place for rodents. He treated my apartment with care, he listened and asked questions. He wasn’t just here to spray then walk away like some I’ve dealt with in the past. Please let him know he’s awesome if he ever treats your home.

We were customers of Killingsworth Pest Control for 8 years and had always renewed our annual service without issue. In April, we renewed our termite bond and paid for the entire year in full. When we sold our home in June, I contacted the company to see if we could either transfer the bond to the new homeowner or apply the unused prepaid portion as a credit toward service at our new residence. I was disappointed to learn that neither option was allowed under their policy. While the service itself had been satisfactory over the years, this policy left us feeling that there was no flexibility or consideration for long-term, loyal customers. After 8 years of doing business with the company, I expected a more customer-friendly solution. I encourage anyone considering prepaid annual service to ask about the company's cancellation and transfer policies before renewing.

They are very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and great Customer Service. Derrick Marshall has never let us down. Thank you Killingsworth. Long-term customer here.
