Camron, the technician, is always very good and courteous. Explained the process in plain language and not jargon. Camron was also very polite and went around with his work. In the Navy, we would call him a "4.0" worker. Camron is a 5.0 worker.

First visit by the pest control team after moving into my new home. The technician explained the work he was to do and then went about it. Apparently the homes built by DR Horton have ports that allow the pest control companies to deliver chemicals directly into the guts of the house. Who knew? Documentation received with full details and chemical names. Well done!

I never know when they are going to show up and when they do, they don’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door. I’m not able to determine if the work was done, nor am I given a chance for my backyard, which is fenced in, or my garage to be sprayed which are things that I’d like to have done. It would be nice if we were given a date and timeframe for the visit in order to ensure we can meet the technician when they’re onsite and confirm all desired areas are treated.

Scheduler did not relay updated appointment date. The technician did not follow our orders of areas we did not want sprayed. While spraying in our screened porch he got the chemical on our furniture. We do not recommend them.
