I wrote a review yesterday which was responded to by someone from the company. They did NOT truthfully address the issues. I tried to reply but that was not possible. Their process is very different than other companies and does not match what they say on their website. Beware!!! Someone from the company replied yesterday with the same rhetoric they previously used. Just because your alledged warranty applies to all customers does not make it a good warranty. Sam was amazing. Very thoughtful and kind but, also just as important, extremely knowledgeable of not only the process but of the pests we were dealing with and how each of the treatments would affect them. He also took into consideration that we have animals and persons who are immunocompromised in the house - explaining how the treatment does NOT affect us. I am excited that Sam will be doing our treatments! We felt very well taken care of. Thank you, Sam!

Technician, Collin Morton, was pleasant and thorough. We were scheduled for "morning appointment," and he did arrive late morning. It would have been nice if we had a more narrow window for the apptmt, or if we could have rec'd email or text as he was leaving his appointment prior to ours. We held off having breakfast, or taking our morning walk, awaiting his arrival. Other than that, all was good! Thank you.
