(Unbelievable) I have been using them for almost 3 years! Two weeks ago I canceled because of all the rain we had got, But had them right back out the (Next) week and they did a poorly job, Refuse to come back out this week to respray because we broke a contract that we never had a contract from the beginning!! If we broke a contract, why did they come right back out the next week they should have refused... I've been spending $90 or more every 3 weeks on this company and to get treated like this and very rude to deal with .... Definitely told them to cancel my service. Please use your judgment before you get them to come out !!!!! Time for the Better Business Bureau....

Specifically, it applies as long as treatments adhere to the 3-week schedule. If more than 3 weeks elapse between treatments, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee their efficacy beyond that period. Restarting the schedule necessitates multiple regularly scheduled treatments to effectively address any pest population. Maintaining this schedule is essential for aligning our treatments with the pests' life cycle to ensure lasting results.<br>When you requested to reschedule your service on August 9, 2024, due to rain, it pushed your treatment to the four-week mark, which unfortunately meant we could no longer provide a complimentary booster treatment under the terms of our guarantee.<br>We regret that this situation led to your decision to cancel, and we apologize if our communication regarding the guarantee was unclear. We value your feedback and are continuously seeking ways to enhance our service. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to reach out. Mosquitos were so bad, I was getting bit just walking from my house to the car! After only one treatment, I noticed a HUGE difference. As a matter of fact I referred my 2 daughters and they both said the same thing!! Would highly recommend!!

Having moved to the Charlotte area recently, we were unprepared for the amount of spring / summer mosquitos. This service is so helpful to reduce the number of mosquitos, but not scare away birds or pollinators. And a big thanks to our technician Thomas who is friendly and knowledgeable!
