Jonathan Moose always goes above and beyond when he comes to the house. Our crawl space is larger than most so he can get in there and get it covered. Killingsworth has always done an amazing job! I highly recommend them!

Called today to verify my next year's termite control contract, since I was not contacted or billed as usual. Was told that the million dollar warranty was no longer valid and it had decreased to $500,000. Customer "service" rep was reading off the new terms of contract extremely fast and when I tried to interrupt to ask a question, he told me to "Stop talking". Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with this company again. I see that they have been sold to a global pest control conglomerate based in Sweden. Perhaps this is their new definition of customer service.

I contacted Killingsworth about an obvious infestation of Crape Myrtle Bark Scale. I was quoted for a "one time" treatment for "scale on one crape myrtle." However, the work ticket emailed to me after the treatment showed the technician treated with a fungicide (Propiconazole 14.3 - which is labeled only for treating powdery mildew on Crape Myrtle). I have called twice to understand why the tree was treated with a fungicide and not insecticide (Dinotefuran, Bifenthrin, etc). No one has returned my calls, nor has anyone I've spoken to been able to offer any fix or adjustment. Called again today for a third/final attempt at getting this remedied or explained. ** UPDATE: I received a call directly from the technician, who took full responsibility for the mistake. They are intent on correcting the treatment by the end of the week. Thank you to Killingsworth for the follow-up. ** ** UPDATE 2: A technician showed up as planned and applied a ground soak treatment to treat the scale as originally quoted! Very detailed pest control. Sprayed inside and out, removed all spider webs and wasp nests. Even did a detailed inspection of attic and crawl space. Looks like it will be well worth the $.

Predatory contract and the most unprofessional company I've dealt with since purchasing my home. After months of poor service, results, and communication, I decided to cancel my service with them citing that they didn't hold up their end of the contract, which is supplying the service I paid for, even after being contacted about issues in between service appointments. I was told that I'd have to pay off the remaining balance or continue my services with them. That didn't feel right but once I reread the contract I realized there was no out clause and I fell victim to my first contract issue as a new homeowner. I could deal with that fact, but talking to them further is when the shadiness and unprofessionalism came in. When I originally called to cancel, I was told I had to have a meeting with a supervisor that could process the cancellation which is fine but was then put into contact with a manager that told me he COULDN'T process cancellations and that I'd have to talk to ANOTHER manager. If I ask to cancel, why send me to someone who can't do that? When put into contact with the second manager I went to reread the contract, and while my significant other was on the phone with the apparent "Customer Service Supervisor", she was berated, told that her calls don't matter since my name is what's on the contract even though I gave them explicit permission to talk to her both times, and proceeded to end the call by calling her an obscenity. I then received an email from her with the information I requested and stating the cancellation terms, and I haven't gotten a response since. I've since moved to Orkin and both the customer service and the actual service has been much better since. Killingsworth really puts the PEST in pest control.

They are the best!! They have took the initiative to come out on there own every 2 weeks to spray and put bait traps out, they filled in cracks and wholes in the foundation of my house, so far they have eliminated the ant problem, still working on the spiders and mice but I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know and every chance I get. Plus they are cheaper then others $$$

After years of lowering expectations and poor performance, I finally cut the cord with Killingsworth today. We have been on the Silver Package for years and every year we have been disappointed. Our yard is basically dirt and moss at this point. I drive by my neighbor's beautiful yards and see healthy thriving yards and then drive into mine and see dirt. We have paid thousands of dollars to Killingsworth over the years, and all my neighbors who literally do nothing but mow their grass have much more lush and green yards than mine. When I've called before, their general go-to cop out is that I should just water more. However, I installed a sprinkler system at great cost, and the results are still awful. See the attached pictures for evidence. The final straw occurred with their billing department. Their online billing and payment system has been down for months. And, the business office closes at 5:00. So, unless you want to leap back to the 80s and write checks, find a stamp, and go to the post office, I would suggest finding a different company--perhaps one competent enough to do business in 2019. I only regret that I didn't end this relationship sooner.

The people and customer service are very nice and friendly. I called because I have a bad sugar ant problem and a mouse. Today is the third time someone is coming out to my house because we still have ants all over our sink and my husband saw the mouse this morning. I didn't think it would take a month and three visits to take care of pests...

We had a tech come out and get rid of some Wolfe spiders that had overtaken our shed. The guys was nice and did the entire outside and some inside as well. Little did we know that the spray had gotten all over our car and wouldn’t come off with a car wash. The tech was unable to finish due to rain so we had expected him to come back within two weeks. Until my husband called about a bill we had received no one ever came back out to finish the initial work. It took over a month now they still won’t call me back to settle the billing. Terrible customer service with this company! 😩

This was Carrie's first time to my residence and she did an excellent job servicing my yard. My frustration is with the management of my account and the various technicians that come to my residence. Lately, I have different technicians servicing my yard and they don't know what needs to be done. Today, I had no knowledge Killingsworth was coming to service my yard which I have dogs and they were outside. Fortunately, I was home and was able to put them up and walk the property with Carrie to explain what I needed. I am on a Monthly service and one month they didn't even show up and I had to call the office to get an explanation on what happened. I really did enjoy meeting Carrie and as I said she did an outstanding job but lately my frustration has been with the company, scheduling, various technicians not only with the mosquito spray but also with the servicing of my air conditioner. I have been a long standing customer and have used multiple services with them but lately I am questioning if they are becoming too big and losing that family service. Again, my technicians have always been good but there seems to be a disconnect with them and the main office so lately I have been disappointed. I called them at 12:45 and left a message to call me back to discuss these concerns (which I have done in the past) and I am still waiting for them to call me back, it's now 2:00. Sincerely, Loraine
