Having West Cary Lawn Care help us with our yard has been awesome. We live busy lives as I have 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 houses; so, having someone take care of it for us is such a timesaver! Bonus that they do such a great job!

Neil, I stand by my review and have the email correspondence to prove it. You only provided a two week notice of cancellation of service. You just stated yourself that you provided 4 years of great service...then why lose a great client? One who paid on time and in full. Does that make any sense? And when the client offers to sign up for a full service contract, does it make sense to not respond to them at all? Would you call that professional behavior? Best of luck to you and your company, but your behavior speaks for itself. **UPDATE 9/2022** Neil Westbrook of West Cary Lawn Care provided me with a two week notice of cancellation of service. I have been using this company for 4 years, paid in full each month, and accepted any price increases they made over those years. They did a good job and I was pleased. The reason given to me was that they did not have the capacity to service all their clients and had to pick and choose which ones they could provide service to. When I asked if I could sign up for their full service plan to continue service, I was ghosted. I left an email, a text message and a voicemail, and none of these were responded to. Not professional at all. Please be aware of this company as it seems they are not interested in keeping loyal clients.

My husband and I are new to the area and contacted this service as it has favorable reviews. Neal seemed pleasant and prompt. We decided that we probably would want the service ongoing. However, he requested 2 months payment prior to doing anything. I then asked if we could do the one time service he mentioned and decide from there. He then abruptly texted back," I am all booked up now. I will not be able to provide service. I am no longer available." This is not professional or good business. I am taken aback by behavior like this and certainly did not deserve this. Beware.

Reached out to West Cary Lawn Care for pruning/ seasonal maintenance. Neil the owner got back to me promptly and was super easy to chat with. I was unsure about how to maintain my landscaping and Neil actually came out to walk through my backyard and tell me what I needed for the various plants I had and gave me the confidence to do it all myself. He was truly one of the nicest people I have ever worked with! He seemed so genuine and sincere. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know needing lawn mowing and routine maintenance. Thank you Neil for going above and beyond to help your clients!
