Massey Services Pest Control

*Update 11/5 - after emailing below, Massey came out the next day to resolve the issue. Everyone was very apologetic and I believe it has just been a misread of the address. Either way, all is good now and the tech who came was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I live in an apartment complex that is serviced by Massey. Sadly, I cannot recommend Massey services to ANYONE. Previously we had signed up for the quarterly service and notified the team that we would not want to carry on with the pest control service for examples I will get into later in this review. After notifying the pest control "specialist" that we would not be continuing with them, Massey sends another guy to continue to treat. Edit: In January we received a letter saying we would be sent to collection for the unpaid $45. This is the $45 the regional manager said would be waived since we did not receive the services.
