Bed Bug Rx. is a problem solver! Lance really took the time to explain the process and walk me through the advantages of heat treatment over chemical spraying. I had a lot of stupid questions but believe me, he hung in there with me and explained it all. The process was flexible to my schedule and the price was right.. Lance was also right! All the bedbugs died and never came back. Hopefully I never get a bedbug problem again, but if I do, I’m calling Bed Bug Rx!

For the first time getting bed bugs, lance really walked us through the process. From information, to the set up process, and everything else the entire service was great. After doing the treatment process, we found another area and Lance was kind enough to let us use the heater for an additional couple days. Can't say enough about the service provided. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heat treatment. It has been a little over a year since we used this service and happy to report no bed bugs have returned.
