Bed Bug Rx. is a problem solver! Lance really took the time to explain the process and walk me through the advantages of heat treatment over chemical spraying. I had a lot of stupid questions but believe me, he hung in there with me and explained it all. The process was flexible to my schedule and the price was right.. Lance was also right! All the bedbugs died and never came back. Hopefully I never get a bedbug problem again, but if I do, I’m calling Bed Bug Rx!

Lance was a great help to us! *knock on wood* we have not had any problems since. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere, heat treatment is the best solution.

For the first time getting bed bugs, lance really walked us through the process. From information, to the set up process, and everything else the entire service was great. After doing the treatment process, we found another area and Lance was kind enough to let us use the heater for an additional couple days. Can't say enough about the service provided. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heat treatment. It has been a little over a year since we used this service and happy to report no bed bugs have returned.

I would highly recommend this service. It was very affordable compared to any other services that I’ve looked into. Customer service was great. Anytime I had any questions Lans would always get back to me and walk me through it. This business is about getting the job done and getting it done correctly the first time.

Honest, punctual and educated are just some of the words I would use to describe Lance. I personally have very sensitive skin as well as a dog and a fish tank so a lot of research was done to find someone who can perform a heat treatment. I am so happy with his work. Great business needs to be recognized.
