Shane was great and came out the very next day! He was reasonably priced and highly knowledgeable. Thank you, Shane!
This guy is the biggest con artist I have ever met. I’m ashamed to admit it but I paid him $1500 to remove bats from our home and he did not do a thing to remove them but installed a “bat slide”. It didn’t work at all! And then he said “I’m washing my hands of this place.” Does not give a refund and doesn’t get the job done. Don’t get scammed like me, avoid this guy.

If fake reviews are done with such little effort hopefully our real potential customers will notice the lack of effort. <br>But also refer back to the first thing. We haven’t ever given up on a bat job that is warrantied. So reach out if you’re real.
Shane was friendly, professional, thorough, timely, respectful, and just an overall great guy! Most importantly, he rectified our bat problem in the attic without any issues! If needed, I will definitely use him again in the future!
Did bat exclusion work for me then apparently left the area and did not return calls

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I believe you called last year around this time (work was done in March 2021) This is my fault. We are still here and if you have a problem we would be happy to rectify this. My records indicate you need a chimney cap still. If I remember correctly it was a windy March day and we took $500 off the price planning on doing this job at a later date. I greatly apologize that you slipped through the crack. I am in need of more help. Not your problem at all. As my intention was never to forget about you.

Unprofessional when he answered the phone. Said he only answered because I called him twice. Said "well I can't come out today", and then went silent. I said how about tomorrow. He said we'll it'll be gone by then. WHAT!?!...is that supposed to mean?! Well, don't you think he might come back and that's what I want to prevent, even if he does go away tonight aren't you supposed to make sure he doesn't. Then proceeded to say, well I've went to houses and found some and went to other's where I didn't. What type of response is that! Just strange, very unprofessional. Would not recommend based on such a response.

I would like to apologize first and foremost. Honestly finding a bat that has been in a home from last night until3 pm the next day is quite complicated. Typically we try to discourage customers from spending money on a service that often times is unfruitful.<br>Their is another side to this as well. We as a company are allowed to turn down work we are not interested in at any given moment. In your situation however feel free to call back if you find the bat. We would be happy to help.
