Great fast service,Bees were gone after 1 visit

Advanced was fantastic. I discovered a huge infestation of yellowjackets building a nest inside a wall of my house. Called Advanced on recommendation from a friend the next morning, they gave me a 1-5 window and arrived at my house shortly after 1. The area was properly treated within a few minutes, and I was told they would be gone by that evening. I was skeptical, but sure enough, 6 hours later there wasn’t a single Yellowjacket in sight. Professional, on time, affordable, and friendly. And probably the best part, when I called them an actual human answered immediately. No press one for English, no press one for residential or new accounts. Just an actual person. Fantastic to work with. I hope I don’t need them again, but I know who I’m calling if I do.

The ants came back which they seem to do every few years. I've been calling Advanced Exterminating for over 10 years with my insect problems. They are reliable, friendly and do an excellent job of eliminating the ants. They also came out a couple of years ago to remove a yellow jacket nest. It is great to deal with a veteran owned, family business. Great company!

We’ve been using Advanced for our third season now. We had a silverfish infestation in our house and a spider problem in our neighborhood. A neighbor who never had any spider webs around her house and porch recommended Advanced to us. We’ve been using them ever since. We used another exterminating company for years, but they never got rid of the silverfish. Advanced got rid of them on the first try, and our spider problem is under control. Our service tech, Greg, is always very courteous and polite. He’s always on time, so we can schedule our appointments without any problems. And best of all, we never have any spiders all season long, which is a huge relief to my wife. We’ll continue using Advanced because the service is excellent.

Called and made an appointment to examination two areas with yellow jackets and/ other type of bee insect. The company gave me a four hour window (1pm-5pm) on a Thursday. I was home the entire day. I call at 4:55 to confirm they are coming and see tells me I am scheduled for Friday. I tell know I was not as I had other appointments and would have scheduled for then Then she says” oh this is for the yellow jackets right” “ Yes” oh they couldn’t do that today. You think they’d call and tell me that? I waited four hours and nobody was going to say they weren’t coming out. I tell her this and then she says she did call. I never received a phone call and I told her I could prove that. She doesn’t say anything except “ do you want to reschedule “ That would be a big NO. What and waste another four hours. No apologies or I’ll send someone over. What terrible customer service. I will move on to another company.

I live in a big apartment building. My landlord has a pest control contract with this company. Though I like the exterminator that comes out, the exterminating issue isn't getting resolved. I"ve been dealing with bedbugs for at least 6 months. The exterminator has exterminated 3 times to no avail. I'm not trying to bash the company. I need them to listen to my concerns. I called the office several times to ask them to set up a plan to get rid of the bedbugs. Also., possibly talk to me about the options I have. The office worker was evasive about my request. I know the contract is with my landlord, but I'm the person that is directly affected. I have done the prep and everything they asked of me. I'm exhausted. As I said, I'm not trying to find fault. I just want this bedbug issue dealt with and resolved. I am reaching out in the hope that they will hear and listen to my frustration...please!!
