I ordered my product since May and still haven’t received it. Was told the company is not in the Bronx I’m calling BBB

Placed order in Nov. Never received order. Called numerous times and emailed them. Dec.18 they called to say someone quit and they were trying to straighten things out and would send me my order and give me my money back. As of now, never received my order or my money. They are the worst and ripped me off

Black Jack Fly & Mosquito killer literally does nothing at all. Doesn't get rid of them or kill them. Most definitely am going to find a different brand. Wasn't even listed as a good one when I looked up what brands would really help get rid of the fly's?
