If I could give this place 10 stars I would. These guys care about one thing and one thing only and that’s helping people that need it. I recently had a yellow jacket nest form right under my HVAC in my backyard where my two dogs go out and do their business. It was absolutely urgent I got it taken care of before one, it got bigger and two, one of my dogs gets stung. I called absolutely everyone. Every exterminator company I explained the situation to Fox, Terminix etc and every single person instead of addressing the problem resorted to trying to sell me some annual subscription that was ridiculously expensive and to top it off could not get anyone out here until a week later. After almost settling I came across these guys who was referred to me by a friend. Only issue was they were located in the city and I’m out on Long Island. I spoke with Eddie who runs it and he was the epitome of a gentleman. No hassle, nothing like that, asked what the problem was and said this is the price, we can get a tech out tomorrow morning. Less than 24 hours later Edgar their tech arrived and it’s obvious the apple didn’t fall far from the tree because even this guy was absolutely awesome. He was in and out within 30 minutes and just like that, the bees are gone. These guys came out from the city to my home in Long Island the next day to fix the issue. I really happy with the work that was done thus far. The communication was great, we talked about what needed to be done and how it would get done in length. After that setting scheduling was good too, again open line of communication. After he was very polite and transparent about the service he would be providing and gave tips for the very pest out come. And reassured me that if we put in effort our pest problem would go away.
