Really disappointing experience in Manhattan. The technician arrived more than 3 hours late with no notice and rushed through the work using a small sprayer, trying to cover an entire 5-story building with just a tiny amount of fluid. SO SO bad. I've had Ehrlich for the past three years and I have the pest free 365 plan where I pay $78.54 per month. I have never missed a payment and haven't really needed much from them. However I now have a hornet's nest on the side of my house near the gutter there seems to be a small hole in the fascia that they were able to get in and build a nest.
