Angel- are you still in business? The number isn't working anymore. Incredible service. I 100% recommend. Professional and effective. I've used them for a few services and the work has been excellent each time. And unlike other exterminators the work is effective. I haven't had a reoccurance of any of the problems they helped me with.

Angel is THE best exterminator. My neighbors did construction on BOTH sides of my apartment building, and the mice flooded in. Honestly almost lost my mind, but Angel got me through it. No mice, no bugs, nada. He's professional, experienced, and very very responsive. I feel comfortable and at ease with him in my home. My dogs love him, too. I HIGHLY recommend One Shot Pest Services. If you need an exterminator, you've found him!

Unfortunately the owner to this company passed away in June. He was a two man show ( angel and his son Jay) . That's the reason why nobody is answering the phones . May he rest in peace .

They need a secretary or phone service. Never answer the phone.

I am so disappointed because I use their services and trusted that they were professionals, and we saw an entire bed of roaches after their fumigator came and performed the service twice. I have tried to contact them for several weeks now and we have apparently been blocked because we cannot reach anyone and no one will call us back. The gentleman seemed very trustworthy, but it feels like a scam at this point. Beware!

It's 2024, and they never answer the phone. They should direct it to their cell phone. Thank you very much.

Reliable and trustworthy

When I reached out to One Shot Pest Services I was frustrated having just discovered mice in my apartment. On first contact with Angel he did a good job reassuring me that he would take care of the problem, and then he followed through! He was professional, worked smart and closed my apartment's mouse holes neatly and discreetly. After my initial visit by Angel, a hole behind my dishwasher was revealed after a visit from the electrician. Angel returned and made sure there were no entry points for mice into my apartment. I have already recommended him to another family member.

I strongly recommend One Shot Pest Services. We had a concern at one of our properties and I had reached out to another company and they never got back to me. Angel picked up the phone, heard my concerns, and set up an appointment. If it is business hours, he will answer and/or get back to you and is always courteous and professional. He always showed up on time to appointments, resolved the problem within a couple of visits, and is very knowledgeable. It was an incredibly stressful time for me and his “get it done” attitude, kindness, and honesty helped so much. He always answered my questions and went above and beyond. Thank you so much and I would not hesitate to call Angel again if another issue comes up. I read another review that said Angel treats you like family and your business as if it was his own, and I have to agree. It’s a pleasure working with him.

One Shot Pest Services has always given me great service. They are reasonably priced. I have never felt like they were just trying to make money. The owner has always been honest and has not tried to sell me a bunch of things I don’t need. The representative who performs the work is a very pleasant person. We originally hired them to handle the rats that have begun to overrun the neighborhood! After the representative visited and applied the treatment, the problems were resolved. I’ve used this company several times and I’m always been satisfied.

I'm a real estate agent and was helping a landlord with a bed bug issue. Angel came highly referred by a colleague and I would also recommend him without hesitation. He was professional, responsive, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He also offered a guarantee and his prices were affordable so the landlord was so impressed she even wants him to take over the regular maintenance of the property. While I did not have a chance to see Angel's work first hand, this review is based on the tenants' positive feedback about his professionalism and thoroughness.
