He also explained all the details of the service provided and demonstrated some extraordinary helpful options we could use to help protect our property.

Call for an estimated the lady who answered the phone very rude not professional

Lousy job. I had to help the employee they sent. He asked me to hold his ladder while he spray the hornet nest. Very risky. He didn't clean very well. Now the hornet are building their paper nest again.

Undependable. They never called me back.

I scheduled an exterminating appointment with them which included a follow up. On my initial inspection - which was a date that they said works best for them and was the only time in the day they could make it. I was given a 2 hour time frame. I wasn’t even called until 2 hours AFTER the time frame given that the technician called to say he was running late. We then had a follow up appointment scheduled for 2 weeks later and the same thing. Appointment set for 10-12 pm. Technician called me at 2 to tell me he’s on his way stuck in traffic. You’d think they’d try to be on time for the follow up after being 3 hours late to the first appointment. Not worth the headache for subpar service.
