I was so pleased with the work that Donald did!! He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. As he worked, I immediately felt that his approach would make the difference. It has been two weeks since the job and so far have seen no signs of any pests. If you’re looking for a dependable trustworthy exterminator, look no further!!

We've had a problem with mice for years. Tried 2 other exterminators, with multiple visits, to no avail. Don came in and quickly diagnosed the reasons for the failure. He was thorough in his work. It's been over a week, and not a trace. I believe our rodent problem is over. If we ever need him again, we wouldn't hesitate to call.

Donald did an excellent job in our home!!! Extremely thorough and careful. He is also very knowledge and will drop lots of tips and tricks to keep pests away!

He communicated clearly and openly about what the price would be, did a full inspection within my home and outside, provided me with a list of recommendations and treated my home and the outside area. I am not one for writing reviews. I'm not one to be easily stunned but this experience it note worthy and must be shared. A few years ago we discovered this weird camel bug in our home that leaped like a grass hopper. Never saw anything like it. It was yucky looking, and scary as it hopped, and pretty high, away from you. I am not a nature person so this was quite disgusting to me and embarrassing for guest to witness. Donald, owner and CEO of Clenex Pest Control was referred to us for possible assistance.. He came, accessed the situation and went to work with his magical product that should have lasted possibly a few months. It lasted about FIVE YEARS until we recently saw them showing up again recently. Even he was surprised that we hadn't had any more issues with those camel bugs until recently. He came to our home days ago Dec 2025/ last week), and applied his magical product which is odorless, and harmless to humans & PETS. From the moment he left ( same day ) ...we have yet to see any of those yucky looking bugs. Days in now, and not a one in sight. Talk about knowing your craft, being professional, delivering service with excellence and being affordable. Listen...WHATEVER your exterminating issues may be, no need to look any further. I can say from expereience, more than once now, that DC Cleanex Pest Control is SECOND TO NONE. In life they say you get what you pay for. I believe if I pay good money for service, get what I needed AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.... then that was money well spent. They are by chance THE ABSOLUTE BEST on every level!! Donald is hands down an incredible exterminator.  He is highly effective at eliminating all variants of pests, and is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, cost-efficient, honest, willing to field questions day and night, and kind. We have worked with Donald for over 15 years, and have employed him to eliminate roaches, mice, ants, preemptively spray for termites, and even remove an errant squirrel.  Donald handled each job with ease, efficiency, a passion for extermination, and with a confidence that eased our concerns. If there’s an emergency he comes running. We are grateful to be able to call on him, and we highly recommend him to anyone who needs extermination services.

Five stars for DC Pest Control, I live in a Co-op high raise building. The Pest Control for my building comes ones a month. I was still seeing roaches. I was talking to my sister and an baby roaches appeared, in my kitchen. My sister said she have a good exterminator. She gave me DC Cleanex Pest Control phone number, I called him he came over, and I was pleased ever since. My neighbor and friends complaine about how bad these roaches are and I give them Don DC Cleanex Pest Control number. They are very pleased I did. Had a major roach infestation in my new apartment's kitchen and DC Cleaned Pest Control got rid of them. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate him. I shared my concerns and he was patient, understanding and listened to my concerns. I value his expertise.

Great exterminator! We had a problem with several mice that we couldn’t get rid of nor understand how they were getting in the house. These mice were very smart and not responding to the many traps and baits we had already set out. Donald came the next day after I called and found and sealed up the many possible entry points from outside. We even were able to catch on a trap the same day he left. He even followed up a week later to make sure all was ok. Since the service we have seen less and less mice activity until there was no more. It’s been a week since the very last sighting so I’m hoping the one that we think was left is dead somewhere!
