Parkchester Exterminators

I've had awful times here. The place has no regard for health and decent welfare of tenants. Looks good from outside. Mediocre at best to live. This wasn't my first choice at all. There's Asbestos in the bathroom ceiling that requires being taken out... this due to a leak. Due diligence would have reinforced the shabby sealed floors. It poured 2 ocedar buckets full of water. I have a damsged Spine, and shoulder i was in bed for days afterwards from moping someone's nasty water. Fire Department came as there's no emergency Parkchester assistance. This isn't a child or family oriented environment at all. Too many things detrimental to health and basic things like functional smoke alarms. Took me over 6 months to get smoke/ carbon detectors. They want me to stay here while they do Asbestos clean up. I had surgery and am debilitated with a year of recovery ahead of me, well 10 months now. Three months until somewhat well, able to safely function short outside walks. They waited 4 months to address the bathroom mess. No property damages replaced. Find a better place without mass infestation on going

Today we were serviced by Jonathan and he throughly did his job and kindly explained everything to me. I will request him in the future.

Had these peeps out for a rodent inspections early 2021. The inspection resulted in no new information or recommendation so they did not charge for the inspections. Honestly, for spelunking around in a crawl space I'd ask for compensation.
