I give this Company 5 stars - I had what I considered a serious mice problem and was very concerned what damage mice can cause in a very short time. I reached out to Family Pest Solutions and spoke to Marie Miller. Marie was very responsive to my concerns and scheduled her tech (Bill Lamboy) to come out the very next day. Bill showed up right on time!! This is huge one for me - one of my pet peeves. He did a site inspection and upon completion he went over exactly what was happening and how to correct it. He could of easily done the work and charged me however he told me exactly what I needed to do and the materials needed to complete the job. It hard to find an honest company now a day's!! If your in need of a Pest Control Company I highly recommend using Family Pet Solution. They are honest and more than fair. Rob
Matt, always explains everything he is doing while exterminating my home. He is very professional and polite. Since we have sign on with Family Pest Solutions, we barely have any activity in the past 3 years we have been with them.
Their representative, Holly, has been coming to service our home for a few years. Jack and Lisa, you have a gem of an employee and a great representative of your business. Kudos Holly!

He thoroughly inspected, explained, and answered every question and concern we had. **Never completed job, won't honor warranty, won't return calls** Jeff Peck was AWFUL from the start. He didn't show up to our initial meeting, and was consistently extremely difficult to get a hold of. Finally we connected and met for the consultation, and I hired him (silly me) in November 2018 for a mouse problem. All Jeff did to treat the mice was set snap-traps out with peanut butter. Literally - that's it. He came and checked them twice, although never actually removed them; he left them all over the house and said he was done. His scope of work included 5 visits AND sealing up the interior holes and the entire exterior of the property WHICH HE NEVER DID. I contacted him over 34 times via text, email, facebook, website, and phone, AND STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE (April 22nd, 2019).

Adam,<br><br>We were sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. To summarize your review - The rodent trapping program you signed up for consists of setting out snap traps, sometimes the bait of choice is peanut butter, yes - We also setup exterior bait stations; Both of which you agreed to prior to signing the contract, you knew this is what was getting done when you signed. We weren't there twice, in fact, we used the key you provided on 5 occasions to let ourselves in as agreed upon - 11/16/18, 11/19/18, 11/21/18, 11/26/18, and 11/28/18. During these 5 visits, we removed several mice, as agreed upon, and replaced the traps to continue trapping and monitoring activity levels in the building. After the trapping period was over, between the holidays at that time of year, and the inclement weather, you were advised of the delay in the exterior seal up, but were told that you would be covered the entire time regardless and that we would extend the warranty out to cover the delay. Again, you agreed. Come time to finally setup and seal up, you disputed all the facts above and were suddenly unhappy with the services provided. During setup, you even escorted us around the property, and seen what was being setup for the rodent trapping program, and still expressed no dissatisfaction until the end when we removed all the mice and now asked for a refund. We always explain in detail what will be done, and in your case was no different, and you agreed to each step we explained, and executed.
