Josh is always receptive and responds in a timely manner to my requests.

Called me ahead of time and listened as I explained the issues I was having and when I got to the property after he left I could see he even walked through the deep sound around house to check mouse bait centers. Very satisfied. Technician comes on time, as promised. Very efficient and effective. A long battle with mice but humans prevailed.

I can't answer. Apparently the technician was here before I got home from work, when I've made my work schedule known. Maybe the outside traps were looked at, but nothing inside was done, and I'm sure I'll still be charged the full amount for 1/4 of the service I pay for. Not happy !!!!

Many months of alleged treatment failed to diagnose, let alone treat, the infestation despite frequent complaints from the building occupants. Requested multiple times to speak with the owner about concerns, but never heard from the owner. On one occasion technician did not have on his truck the product that was to be applied per the office. On three occasions technician reported having treated the interior when he did not have access to the interior and did not request access.

We contacted this service after a rodent issue and had a good initial experience, but there have been a number of problems since. First of all, they have my name wrong name on the account, even though I've paid them with a check that had the proper spelling of my last name, and I've tried to get the senior discount that they supposedly offer, but have yet to receive it. I tried reaching out to them twice by email and didn't get a response. I did get a relatively quick response by text, but again they didn't provide concrete assistance with getting me the discount I, as a senior citizen, am entitled to. I just had another encounter with a different employee than the first one, who left dirty marks on the entrance to my attic & spent all of ten minutes, if that, here and did not provide answers to the questions I had. Plus, this employee accessed my basement and other areas without asking my permission first before I was even contacted letting me know that they were on the premises. Although they use natural products, which I very much approve of, the service that I've received is nowhere near worth the money that I've spent. I sadly cannot recommend this service at all.

exterminator spent about 1/2 hr trying to rid property in 2 locations of bumble bees. Next morning bees were still very much a nuisance and when a different representative came to access the issue he said that bees can build nest up to 4' underground. The first rep to show up said that ( in the same spot) that there were no nest. I was having landscaping done under contract and one of the gentlemen is allergic to bee stings and they need to be eradicated immediately. But what really concerns me is the charge of $250.00. that is an enormous amount of money for 1/2 hr of work. I have never complained about paying people for there work as I am responsible for hiring them but in this case that amount of money is way over the top. And after all of the above I had to go to the hardware store and purchase over the counter insect spray to the cost of $14.00. So at the end of the day I spent almost $300.00 to rid my property of bees. I don't know of anybody who would not agree that that amount is way over the top. Thank you

Scott is rude and unprofessional. He showed up 4 hours early and was lucky I was at the house. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the company earlier this week, and Scott had absolutely no idea about any of the details that I had already provided, and was aggressive with me when I told him that company told me nothing other than it was a free inspection and it could take two hours. Scott said that it only takes two hours if you start service the same day and said I was upset for no reason when I made it very clear that no one told me that. There is no way he would have treated a man the same way he treated me. I am appalled by the treatment I received. Do not hire this company.

Was told they would brush out cobwebs and didn’t. Literally at my house less than 10 minutes to spray. Also wasp nest removed (I didn’t get to see the actual nest removed from the attic) and sprayed outside area. The price to remove the nest was $400 because I was not under a contract with them. Will not be using them again in the spring.

I used this company for several years to combat carpenter ants in our garage header and other pests. This company was referred this to me by a neighbor and for the first year I was happy with this service..but two weeks ago the service provider treated for the carpenter ants and after completed and left my residence they drove away. I went out to the garage to find that in the corners of my garage the area was covered with sawdust from the ants, leading me to believe the service provider arrived to do the job did not do the treatment I was paying them for. I could not ever recommend this service to provide honest service

I was looking for a one time spray. These people sent a technician out to service for a $1k+ 12 month plan that was never agreed upon. They showed up unannounced the first time expecting to do the service. Since no one was home they proceeded to come back unannounced a few days later. I had reached out to let them know to stop calling and showing up as I had no agreed to their service, however they showed up a third time~ terrible communication between their office and technicians.

Technician stopped by & did the outside of the house. But he didn’t come in to inspect the attic or the basement. We received the invoice but all the required work wasn’t done. Please let us know when he will return to complete the work. We will not pay until that happens.

Huge ant problem after initial and second treatment. Unsatisfied with service voiced my concerns to customer service the man I spoke to stated to me well still gotta pay for your services regardless if they worked or not, that’s not how it works. Would rather invest my money in a company to ensure a problem would be gone as this is what I thought I was signing up for.
