Terminix

Initially my service with Terminix was great - they were responsive, showed up, and did a thorough inspection of the home for pests. Unfortunately, after about 2 months of needing them to come out and spray for termites, they suddenly stopped caring - calls for service would go unanswered, or with the promise of sending a tech out on a given date, only for them to never show up. I ended up in a contract paying over $100/month for bait traps to (apparently) simply exist - that fee did not include

The worst service experience I’ve ever had — completely unreliable and unsafe. We scheduled a bee hive removal with Terminix on May 9th, and no one showed up — not even a phone call. I had to call back and reschedule for May 14th, but instead, the company rescheduled it themselves to May 16th without notifying me. Again, no one showed up. I have had Terminix for about 4 months to get rid of roaches. It seems like all the roaches are still alive. Today I got a text saying my service was complete and no one showed up. I woul say the service is terrible except most of the time they do not show up and then reschedule and the still do not show up. I woul suggest that I one should ever use this company again. The have not killed any of the bugs that they said they would kill and there is no one to speak to who seems to have any concern
