James is very professional and reliable. I had pest issues and he took care of both in a timely manner. When issues raises I called him and he responded immediately and rescheduled me in. He is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

He shows up on time, is courteous, cleans up perfectly after his work and most of all, he has always solved my pest problems! I keep coming back because he guarantees his work and he is someone I trust to get the job done well and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend him!

Called to see if they could remove two yellow jacket nests from our property. The person who answered the phone, but did not identify themselves, immediately started asking about where I lived, etc. I explained that I wanted to know what would be used to eradicate the nests before I got into details of where my house was located. I was told that I wouldn't understand what it was that he used. I guess my being a scientist (or woman?) disqualified me from knowing what pyrethrin is, where it comes from and how it's used. Not sure if he's this way with everyone or just women who call. In either case, I don't react well to condescending treatment from people, especially ones I don't know. If you don't either, I would avoid this business just the way I am.

I called James on a weekend and he was able to remove a large hornet hive for me. He is very friendly and has good customer service. If I ever need services, I will call him in the future.

Able pest control service is exceptional. James is very knowledgeable and easily approachable. I sent him picture of the bugs and a bee nest. He instantly recognized it and gave recommendations and took care of the nest. Price is very reasonable. He doesn’t need reminder calls and is always on time. James came over in less than 20 minutes, diagnosed our yellow jacket problem & took care of it right away, more attentive and responsive than the 4 other companies tried over the last few years, I will always use him for our pest issues.

There's almost no words to describe how awesome of a job JAMES, does and how great of a person he is. I've been doing business with him for 8 years now and he is consistent as he was when we first met. He takes pride in his work and always gives 100%. I will continue to work with him and I'll be sure to refer him to whomever may need him. I couldn't ask for better service. James has been providing services for me for 8 years. He is extraordinarily professional and knowledgeable, as well as being very reliable. Several times I have had some urgent situations--one this past summer involving squirrels, and another a few years ago when I thought my cat ate some pesticide. He responded both times with concern and alacrity. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs to keep the "pests" at bay.

I just called this company for help with a flea infestation, and was told " I don't have any time for fleas this month" Needless to say , I was shocked! The gentlemen that I spoke to was a little difficult to understand, because to had a thick accent, but he repeated himself 3 times, when I said "what?" He never even ask me any questions regarding my problem , or offered a suggestion. He didn't even say when he might be available. I do not recommend calling this company !!
