Everyone I have spoken to is very nice and seems like good people. I don't believe this place is intentionally trying to scam people, but I do believe they are poorly run and do give off red flags of this being a scam/shake down. Had a very nice man named Kevin come and inspect the home in June. He went through my whole house and showed me all of the signs of mice and insects. Where they might be getting in and how they treat them. We agreed to a price and set up a service contract right away.

I have been a Thomas Pest customer for many years and pay their top dollar for exclusion services in order to receive fast help, if it is ever needed. I am having a pest emergency at my home which effects the foundation of my home. I called yesterday morning with my emergency and never received a call back. I’m a long standing customer of Thomas Pest Services, but unfortunately there is no longer consistency in their service. They change techs way too frequently. Each time I question them they give me the same stock answer “We changed routes and so-and-so will be your tech moving forward.” I don’t want a revolving door of strangers in my home every 3 or so visits.
