Now that the year is up, I feel justified in giving a complete review of the service I have received. Their chemicals never fixed the issues. UPDATE: I was recently doing a deep cleaning in my house, and I found three Truly Nolen glue traps. I had specifically asked the technician NOT to use glue traps against mice because they are cruel. They did it anyway--apparently hiding the traps when I wasn't looking. So, not only are they incompetent, they have contempt for their customers and don't care about animal cruelty.
