Our service with Bugman was great! Instantly, those darn ants were gone. Bugman and crew said they might need to come back for an extra spray, but so far, so good! Have not seen a critter since. Reasonable however I would probably sign up for quarterly visits if feasible.

I’ve been using Bugman Pest Control for more than a few years now, and I am very happy with their services. I live in the mountains, so I have challenges with mice, rats, gophers, bats, spiders, and other pests, and I also have a fruit orchard that needs annual protection against larvae and other infections. Roman and his family have been really wonderful, as has Brian, the technician who performs most of the services. They always respond quickly and effectively to my calls and questions, and Brian does a great job servicing the property. He’s very good at finding solutions to a variety of pest issues, he always shows up when he says he will, he really cares about solving the various challenges, and he’s also a super nice guy. They have my highest recommendation.

I am office manager at a northern NM church, and we've been Bugman customers for years. Jeremy is courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Bugman for our church's pest control needs.

We have used Bugman for about 20 years. I highly recommend them. They are professional and thorough. They are courteous and easy to work with. They are always here at the time agreed on. They also do tree spraying for bugs and borers.

The Bugman guys saved our beautiful fir tree from the tussock moth caterpillar. Professional and knowledgeable.

They don't seem very keen to make money; I kept calling them to come to my house and they never called me back.

I called on a Monday and they came out Thursday. Ben did an outstanding job. He shared his knowledge of cockroaches, listened to me as I explained where they were coming from, and most importantly killed them. Ben was very respectful of our house, myself, and our stuff under the sink:making sure everything was put back correctly. In the most loving way I hope he doesn’t have to come back, but if bugs become a problem again I know who I will call.

I called and the woman who answered was rude and said she was busy and would call me back... she had the rudest tone ever! She did call about 15 mins later. I told her what I wanted done at my home and she proceeded to tell me it could be done but I would need to pay $125.00 plus an extra $50 because the guy that she had working was on workmans comp and could not BEND DOWN to do crawl spaces.....I still said ok and she assured me a tech would be calling me soon. This was over a week ago and I'm still waiting (NOT WAITING) for that call... I ended up having a friend do what I needed and it only cost $25 for the ant poison that I purchased... I would have rather she told me she was to busy or not enough workers.... BUT TO LIE! I will NEVER EVER recommend this buissness to anyone!

Ramon, the owner, sent his great son Rome to inspect my property for rodents. He did the most thorough 1 1/2 inspection. Covered every nook and cranny. He said that he would send me a report the following day, After two days I called the dad owner to check on the report. He never even had the courtesy to return my call. Either his son was doing On The Job Training or the owner did not want to use no kill traps in my kitchen.... or who knows why. .. I will never know.

Called but they didn't call me back.

Didn't turn up for scheduled appointment. Managed to get hold of them an hour later only to be told they can't come out until next week. Took a day off work for nothing.

Never kept appointments, sub par service, the last time, did not even showed up, not even a call, YET he had the nerve to send me a bill!!! Do yourself a favor buy the items that you need to do your own pest control on line, they have tablets that dissolve on water, just spray and done, for much more less than one of his visits,, and you will have enough for a full year!

Had an appointment today. They didn't show and didn't call nor return calls when we called and asked 40 min and 4 hours after the appointment time to inquire about the delay.
