They lied to me! I can't cancel my contract that wasn't supposed to have a fee without paying a considerable amount of money! The service does not work and they don't show up when theyre supposed to or call to reschedule. This worst pest service out there. Find another service!! They'll say they get rid of bugs, but they actually just scam your money and let you keep the bugs!!!!!!!!
Would give zero if I could. It had been 5 months since we started service with Insight and our roach, spider, and fly problem proceed to get worse. I saw our first ant in the house yesterday, so hopefully that doesn't become an issue too. Worst of all was the door to door salesman for Insight named Xander Hartner. He lied to us when we signed up and said we could cancel any time with no charge. My wife was there, heard him say the same thing. Asked to sign the contract saying it says the same thing he told us. Guess what? Nope, locked us into a 1 year contract and it costs $350 to cancel. So we now have a service that doesn't work from a business that lies to its customers. Bunch of con artists. Their 5 dtar reviews are given from sock puppets and harassing their customers for good reviews after every spray, to include having them update their reviews so the bad ones get burried. Was supposed to have two credits applied to my account and a respray out 4 days after talking to support, but neither happened. This whole company does a poor job. Liars, con artists, hard sell trash. Now threatening to send my false contract to collections. Please do yourself a favor and tell anyone that comes to your door from this company to kick rocks, and find a pest control company that doesn't lie and actually works! And to Insight, their managers, and owners. You dont deserve my money, or anyone's for that matter. You had multiple opportunities to make things right. Have a product that actually works, respray, call when you cant show up for the respray, apply the credit you promised, hire trustworthy people that dont lie about their contracts, waive the contract cancellation, apologize even once... do better.

I was told I would be receiving phone calls the day prior and day of of updates on time frames when my technician would show. So feeling trapped at home waiting for someone all day was rather frustrating. My entire perimeter was not taken care because he never asked to head into the back yard (I have dogs so we typically lock them up when they show up) And then just bam left without saying anything.

Worst pest company ever. They assured me I’d get credited a few months of service since they had screwed up so many times (no shows, canceling my appts without telling me, rescheduling them to different times without telling me, ignoring me when I needed a pick up, multiple times) and they are now refusing to follow through with that and trying to force me to pay for more months of crappy service (or lack thereof really). Do not use these ppl. Horrible.

I spoke to Hadyn Landon on Monday and gave my credit card information. They were supposed to go out to to inspect a crawl space at 130 on Wednesday which was our scheduled appointment. No one showed up so I called the next day Thursday and no one could give a reason as to why no one showed up. I kept calling and no one answered the phone. This company is a waist of time and if I could give them a rating of 0 I would! I don't recommend them at all.

The technician was nice bu the company did NOT follow through with promised service. I would rather have live mice than a house that smells of dead mice. They really just focus on the outside of the house - with bait boxes. They put sticky traps inside and don't collect them - they want you to do that! They also don't do attics or and places that need to be accessed by a ladder. Super disappointing - I am canceling the required $800 annual contract.

I am a current customer of INSIGHT PEST SOLUTIONS IN SANTA FE NM. I have contacted them several times over the past few months about a mice/rat problem. The tech just walked around my home, did nothing, added some bait to the black (one) box in yard and left. NO HELP whatsoever. I had the tech in my home because I smelled 'urine' really bad in one room. Now I am going to hire a PROFESSIONAL company. They are now in my ceiling. Now my ceiling fan doesn't work and my bathroom vent fan stopped working. My contract SPECIFICALLY says 'rats, mice'. Now I am forced to hire a real pest control and elimination service. I have 3 month left on my 'contract'. I'm thinking of taking them to small claims if they try to charge me $200 to end my contract. They have broken the contract for non-performance. No accountability. FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE IF YOU'RE SMART.

Scammy. Promised a fuller service than what I got, and now locked into an expensive contract. They also beg for 5 star reviews in order to appear reputable. Just look at how recent all of the reviews are - it's about how nice the guys are, not about how effective the service is. Avoid!
