I have been with Western Pest Services for 25 years. There is one service technician Ozzie Kuok who has taken care of my services throughout. He is really the best, he is very knowledgeable, affable and cares for my house, as if it was his. I have used all their services, from bees, mice, rodents, termite control. I strongly recommend Western Pest Services.

We have had nothing but great service from Western Pest Services. We had a rodent problem in our garage and Ozzie Kuok solved it in one visit. He was friendly, efficient and took his time to explain how to mitigate the situation. Success! We purchased the yearly plan so Ozzie comes once a month to check, follow up and perform various treatments to insure that other pests don’t enter the premises. We are extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.

OZZIE Kuok, from Western Pest Services, was a breath of fresh air when he walked in our door today with the biggest smile you may have ever seen!! These days, sadly, so many people do not take the time to meet & greet before "getting down to business". But Ozzie, not only got the inspection done efficiently, explained the entire process to us, he also 'made our day' by being knowledgeable and absolutely delightful. When we initially called Western Pest on Saturday, we found another employee of the company, Keana, who also was very professional and helpful in explaining the company's process, costs and arranged today's appointment. From our interaction with Western so far, we believe that we will feel very comfortable recommending Western to our neighbors...and we will be sure to remind everyone to specifically ask for Ozzie!!

Mike did a great job! He is very through and and careful. We have great confidence in him. I appreciate his expertise and helpfulness. I have a contract so I can't say how much I paid for this particular service.

Jose Cavero is the technician for our company and he is the best one I have ever had. Jose goes above and beyond without being asked, he gets along with all staff and residents and is never upset about any issues with in our community.

Speedy response and very professional response to our call re: our finding a mouse input basement. We have the same rapid and professional response any time that we have needed Western (yellow jackets, hornets, carpenter ants). I totally recommend Western Peat Services. I called for ants that my wife and I just couldn't get rid of in our kitchen. Our technician Jose C. from start to finish was top notch. He gave me a courtesy call that allowed me to prepared for his arrival which was great. He took his time to show us that the ants were staying for a reason. Once he told us how to keep it clean ( lots of counter clutter) he did his magic. Jose took the time to address all our concerns and was extremely timely, well mannered, and professional. My experience with western was great, the guy Randy came and took care of the problem I had bees and he came and did the job very well.

Jim Duhamel is a great tech, always on time and keeps tenants happy.

Overpriced and really bad service. Avoid.

Western found where the yellowjackets were in the roof line and sprayed and dusted the spot. Stated that this will remediate the problem.

Western has been our ant and other bug inspectors for many years and always are personable as well as do a great job. The service personnel are very nice and call/text before showing up which is very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I can't even rate their services as I reached out to them a few times and never heard back from them even though they say they have a 24 hour turnaround for responses

Bought a new house and found dead mice during renovations. Decided to get treatment by a professional. Got talked into a year long contract for more than $600. The day came for the first treatment and the guy was so late we finally had to go out for an appointment, so we had to reschedule. He put down the cheapest dime store mouse traps and didn't even want to go into the attic. I made him as we found dead mice up there. He was afraid of the attic! Today is supposed to be our second treatment and I've been waiting for 4 hours and still no show. Don't waste your money on this company! I could have bought what they've supplied for less than $50 myself!

The tech, Ray, is very good at pest control, always makes sure our problems are addressed quickly, and has lots of great ideas to keep pests under control. He is also very friendly and helpful.

Western Pest consistently gives great service. Always available if there is a need and come throughtout the year for regular maintenance. Their technicians are knowledgeable and polite.

I had used this outfit for many years, always with the same person, Ed, who did great service and was honest. After Ed left the company, I put my house up for sale in 2014, and wanted a pest inspection report and warranty for a potential buyer. A new fellow showed up and charged me double the prior rate for the one year warranty. He also wanted to sell me a separate policy for carpenter ants which I refused. He left a receipt on my desk with a live carpenter ant on it. I had heard stories about pest inspectors putting pests in peoples house to make a sale, but this is the first and only time I encountered it. I give this business a 3, five for Ed who used to work there, and a one for the fellow who tired to rip me off.

Literally impossible that this place has provided 5 star service. Service guy came in the house with dirty shoes and walked all over the place. Treated home like it was the street, messed up walls and scratched them up. We now have more bugs since he left. Called to share concerns and the woman I spoke to had an attitude so I didn’t even get to sharing concerns before I asked for a refund.
