Can't say enough good things about Rhett at PrimeX. We've had squirrels in our attic for awhile. The day after I called, Rhett did a thorough inspection, suggested where he thought they were entering and gave us the name of a contractor who could patch the holes that were beyond his reach. He then set traps inside and out and was in touch daily to inspect them and remove any trapped animals. He came every day for weeks until they were all gone! He was professional and courteous every step of the way. I highly recommend PrimeX!

I am very glad I called Prime X. Rhett came out as soon as he could after telling him I had a newborn at home and needed the job done immediately. I had a massive colony of European hornets that made their home in my attic and then proceeded to infiltrate my living space. He was very professional, very thorough, and extremely responsive. He identified the problem after a thorough inspection and took all necessary measures right away to handle the problem. Very fairly priced and my hornet problem is solved. We had a problem with what we initially thought were cluster flies because of the time of year. Rhett immediately provided a plan to treat it which we really appreciated. However, after Rhett inspected the house, he provided a different plan. Rhett took the time to understand the problem and provide the appropriate plan to treat the root cause vs addressing the symptom. This is what I call service! We highly recommend him!

We had a really great experience with Rhett and PrimeX. We had a yellow jacket nest above a basement window that was progressively getting worse and we needed immediate assistance otherwise we would need to leave the house because more were getting in. It was a Saturday afternoon and I called 5 different places for immediate assistance and no one could come out until late Monday/Tuesday. I found Primex online, called, and spoke to Rhett. He was at my house the next day, Sunday, as he was coming back from being in upstate NY. Rhett, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He put me at ease noting that he deals with these types of issues everyday and will be able to help. He was right, in less than 24 hours after he treated the area we saw no more yellow jacket activity. Thank you very much Rhett!
