Today was my quarterly perimeter of my home. My technician was Alton Calhoun who called and let me know that he would be here in 15 minutes and what will be done today. He asked if there was any inside issue and I said no. He arrived before time and began his work. When done I signed and he said have a nice day. He was very professional, pleasant and polite when speaking with him. I wish all technician that comes to my home to do service had his demeanor. I'm very pleased with my outcome of tod

They do not follow up when they say they’re gonna follow up. They do not live up to their contracts because you constantly have to call them to follow up. They’ve been to my house about five times and every time they messed up on what they’re supposed to do. They laid mice traps instead of rat traps. They didn’t spray for insects when they said they would. They are in and out within 5 to 10 minutes then they sit outside the house for a half hour in their car. They didn’t beat the traps that they

I have been using them for a few months now and ive still had to purchase bug sprays to treat my back yard for mosquitos, ticks, flying carpenter ants, lantern bugs, etc. The bug sprays off amazon are more effective than whatever theyre using. I also have the smart sensor thats supposed to detect rodent activity. For the first month or so they were charging me for the sensor even though THEIR system was down and it wasnt running. It took a few visits before they said it was up and running. Howe
