I called three pest control places. One was Viking that was going to charge me $500 however they would warranty their work and guarantee I have no bees for at least a year. The other was kavanaugh's, They wanted to charge me $500 and would only guarantee their work for 60 days.. the third place I call was Boco They charged me $250 and would warranty their work through the end of October which is a little over three or four months That's the end of BC season They were the most fair and reasonable

Updating my previous 5 star review...If there's ever a time to shop local, it's when choosing your pest control. We've had service at our home from Cavanaugh's for the last 6 years (as had the previous homeowner for several decades prior). We have been a customer with Cavanaugh since 2005. We did the termite treatment on the perimeter of our house to prevent termites coming from our neighbor's house which had a severe termite issue.
