Both Danielle and Angela have been very friendly and helpful setting up what we need for our yard. We can now sit outside, enjoy our yard without being eaten by mosquitoes. Itban, we were disappointed to see your review. When you called for our expert advice, we suggested a treatment plan and gave you a timeline for service when the weather permits. Although you weren't receptive to our original treatment plan, we were able to find an option that would work for you. However, as we wouldn't be using our suggested treatment and had not seen your property in person, we could not guarantee this service plan would be effective. Since using this service, we have absolutely had a significant decrease in the annoyances of the mosquitoes. I initally had reservations regarding the safety of the bumblebees and butterflies and Rob took the time to address my concerns. Thank you, Rob!

We have noticed a significant reduction in mosquitoes in in our that's since using Mosquito Joe.
Mosquito Joe has given us the opportunity to enjoy our back yard again! We live less than 200 feet from ann estuary which made it difficult prior to their service. They are responsive and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your service!

Mosquitos are a difficult bug to deal with. I have had other services and Mosquito Joe has been the best. Since using them I have had a noticeable reduction for a few years. This year, one day we got eaten alive, and I reached out to Mosquito Joe for an extra treatment, They offered one on them, and they were very thorough when they did it. Customer service is great, they value their customers. I would reccomend.

I can't really say if the treatments work. I only had 2 treatments. But I will say they spray everything. And I mean everything. That's the reason I cancelled. We weren't home for the first spray so we didn't know how they did it. I was told by a lady I spoke with that the first treatment is the whole yard. Ok that's good. After that it's a perimeter spray from second spray forward. Well my wife home for the second spray. She watched Christian spray everything. He sprayed all of our outdoor furniture, my grills, the brand new gazebo I built. I was told they spray under decks. That's good. But he came on the deck and thats where all the furniture and grills were sprayed. Even the glass on the back door. If he wasn't so aggressive with the spraying I wouldn't of cancelled. But you don't spray the surfaces we eat on with pesticides. Don't spray the grills where I cook with pesticides. Your better off buying cutter from depot or Lowes. It's cheaper and probably works the same.

My next door neighbor uses Mosquito Joe. After calling around and getting quotes. We knew Mosquito Joe was the provider for us. From the moment we chose Mosquito Joe we've been more than pleased with our choice. Everyone is always courteous, respectful, responsive and easy to talk to. They sent us personalized postcards upon signing up and all of the technicians have been great! They explain everything and are often willing to extend service for other pest that might be making your home, their home as well. Nothing but great things to say about Mosquito Joe! Spoke to several people who were all kind until I spoke with Danielle. She was condescending and less than helpful. I was told for the first time that it will take 3 treatments which is totally fine (after speaking to 3 other people), I didn't cancel my service or express that I was unhappy, just that I was unaware it would take 3 times to see a difference. She mocked me, and cut me off. The treatment is good, and I'm sure will be great after 3, I simply called as I was instructed to once I started to see mosquitos again, and it was a mistake getting to her.

When you called last week and informed us that you still have mosquito pressure, we explained the first service gives about 70% relief, and it takes three treatments to fully break down the breeding cycle. We also left you a message with this information this morning, and we asked our technician to inspect your property this week when your treatment is scheduled. Treatments did not work, was given conflicting information throughout the process and when confronted with my bad experience the customer service team was defensive and unwilling to hear my complaint and just demanded payment and started to act as a debt collector with multiple and consistent phone calls and emails. Would not recommend

Elias, we were disappointed to read your review. We wanted to clear up some miscommunications and misunderstandings that appear in your review. We treated your property twice in June and again in July. You'll recall that we suggested you clean your unfiltered pond as we suspected that was most likely a contributing factor in your mosquito problem. We sent multiple invoices to square up your bill when you canceled your service without payment. In November, you'll notice that we started contacting you about your past due invoices and warned you about possible collections procedures starting. The service was not worth the money. They were supposed to spray 3 times for 210 dollars. After 12 weeks I find out they have been charging us 74 dollars every 3 weeks when they spray. Because our property is not in an extreme mosquito area this was a high waste of money

Day of our scheduled appointment, it poured rain. I reached out to reschedule and got no response. They came that afternoon, and then, it poured rain for the balance of the day. The treatment was thus completely ineffective, and we are still experiencing the same mosquito problem. I reached out again that day, and the next day, and the following 3 days after that. Their phone is shut off. I should not have to chase a company to perform the service I paid for. They represented to me at the time of booking that they would come when it was sunny and would not rain for 3 days. Due to this requirement I waited 2 weeks for that appointment, only to have it delivered in the middle of a day of rainstorms when it would be useless, and now I have to call every single day to try and reschedule, and their phone isn’t working. Not professional.
