George Wnorowski came to our rescue many times and each time solved our ant problem. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. He is also wonderful to deal with because he cares and really wants to help. We recommend him and your company to all our friends.

I had a terrible experience with Freehold Pest Control and strongly advise others to stay away. I contacted them to deal with a wasp infestation, and they assured me they had the tools and expertise to handle it. I paid them $650 — only to find out they weren’t properly equipped to deal with the problem at all. They showed up unprepared, and over the next several visits, they just kept coming up with excuses about why they couldn’t finish the job. In the end, the wasps are still here, and I was out hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it. I feel completely scammed. Save your money and go with a company that actually knows what they’re doing and isn’t trying to rob you.

I've been using FPC personally and professionally for the last 18 years. As the owner of a Property Management Company, they have been my go to pest control company. The level of customer service and the ease in which you can reach a live person is so valuable to me. I highly recommend FPC. Thank you Dee for everything you do! Thank you Jeff for your support!

A few weeks ago i made an appointment for a saturday. couple of days later they call me to reschedule. they dont have saturdays in the summer. "skeleton crew." fine. i male an appointment for a week day explaining that i need the earliest available. i tell them what time i will be home until.... they say ok, we book the appointment. the day of, its getting close to the time i have to leave....i call them to see if someone is en route.... he's not. so i cancel. we reschedule. again, i tell them i need the earliest appt available. im told they'll put a note... make sure i get the "early guy" and can expect him around 8:30am. at 8:50 i call to see the status and im told he can be there at 9:15. they need a 2 hour window. dont tell people you can accommodate them just to put the appt on the books and expect them to sit around and wait when they also have jobs to get to. appointments to keep. twice now i had to go to work late for appointments that never happened. you knew time constraints.... dont tell people ur gonna get em the earliest appt and then throw the "2 hour window" disclaimer at them when you cant keep it. 2 hour window.... didnt know you guys installed cable too. at least i saved $560.

I have been using them since June 2000 and I haven't seen a bug since day one!
