Just did a fall clean-up and final mow yesterday. Me and my husband are extremely happy with the progress you guys made on our lawn this year, it looks great! It’s nice and green, healthy and has filled in the majority of the bare spots we had a problem with. I would say 95% of the weeds are gone and the crabgrass was controlled fairly well. some large area in the front yard still has a lot of crabgrass but hopefully we can knock that out next year! Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. They destroyed my grass, both the front lawn and backyard. I asked them numerous times both over the phone and email to not use their big machines in my yard, and to use the hand spreaders instead since it is sloped and retains water easily. They continually brought their big machines all over the property. Ripping up the grass and leaving mud, tire tracks and debris all over. I contacted Lawn Buddies June 29 with photos of rust colored grass, gray powdery grass and weeds like crab grass and nutsedge. They said they were coming the following Wednesday, but No show. I called next day, they sent someone over to spray. Lawn got worse in every way. I called Aug 2nd they now want to charge me $220 for two services disease and nutsedge.
