Service cost was $306 We had one cockroach That was a nymph In our apartment We called them had them come out and reschedule They came out at a later date Super quick He said more than likely it was a one off that you didn’t see any poop or any thing on the traps that we had laid down for about three weeks. There’s nothing on any of the traps. But he went ahead and sprayed everywhere laid down new traps With some peanut butter or bugs on it And said he’d be back in a month, but he said more than likely it was Not on us At the end of the day, we run a business and you have to do the right thing So I appreciate them working with us and coming out here to get this done

Amanda was prompt, always incredibly thorough and conscientious! She took care to ask our preferences as well as provide feedback on our treatment needs to ensure the safety of our pets and chickens! All staff at Preferred Pest are always wonderful and would absolutely recommend!

Amanda is fantastic! We subscribe to bi-monthly treatments and she keeps us informed of when she is coming. She is always responsive to our concerns, treating carpenter ants and wasps that recently appeared. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
